Workforce constitutes an important asset for the Company. Therefore, employees welfare and quality is one of the main aspects considered by the Company in its policy on doing business. The Company is committed to comply with all aspects of the applicable legislation concerning manpower, especially those associated with the renumeration system. The Company also has had Company Regulation and Collective Labor Agreement endorsed by the Directorate General of Industrial Relations and Labor Social Security. In Addition to that, Company’s management also constantly builds good relationship with the existing Labor Union.

In relation to Occupational Health and Safety, Company has developed Standard of Operations applicable to all employees, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. Company Standard of Operations in relation to Occupational Health and Safety must be adhered to by every person while working in the project area of the Company.
