In July 2014, PT Innovate Mas Indonesia launched super-fast internet, interactive cable TV, and telephony using Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) technology.
In October 2014, PT Innovate Mas Indonesia launched InnovateGo, a service that allows users to watch cable TV on the internet.
In December 2014, the Company through a consortium of its subsidiaries, PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama and PT DSSP Power Sakti, was appointed by PLN as preferred bidder in the tender of IPP PLTU Kendari-3 project with capacity of 2 x 50 MW.
On April 10, 2013, the Company’s subsidiary, PT DSSA Mas Sejahtera and Excite Japan Co. Ltd. signed a joint venture agreement, to establish PT Excite Indonesia.
In May 2013, PT DSSP Power Sumsel, the Company's subsidiary, held groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of IPP PLTU Sumsel-5 project.
PT Innovate Mas Indonesia, the Company's subsidiary, signed a master agreement for the development of fiber-optic network with PT Huawei Tech Investment and PT FiberHome Technologies Indonesia.
In the quest of its coal business development, in 2012, the Company through its subsidiary, PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sejahtera acquired PT Andalan Satria Lestari which has subsidiaries with coal mining concessions located in South Sumatera Province.
The Company also expanded and diversified its business operations by acquiring 70% shares ownership in PT Innovate Mas Indonesia (formerly known as PT Mora Quatro Multimedia), a company engaged in broadband multimedia, on December 26, 2012.
On November 3, 2011, the Company through its subsidiary PT DSSP Power Sumsel signed a Power Purchase Agreement for a period of 25 years with PLN.
On November 11, 2011, PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk listed its shares on Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Company established strategic alliance with GMR Coal Resources Pte. Ltd.
On December 23, 2010, the Company acquired 99.5% share ownership in PT Rolimex Kimia Nusamas, a company
engaging in fertilizer and chemicals trading.
In relation to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 24, 2009, the Company amended its Articles of Association in accordance with the Regulation of Bapepam No. IX.J.1 and changed the Company’s name to PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk.
On December 10, 2009, the Company made an IPO as many as 100,000,000 shares at an offering price of Rp1,500/share and listed 770,552,320 shares on IDX with stock code DSSA. Proceed of the IPO of Rp150 billion has been invested to acquire 99.99% stake in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk and to meet working capital needs of the Company.
In 2004, the Company merged its business with PT Supra Veritas and diversified its business activities by entering into
the pulp, paper, and chemicals trading business.
The Company commenced its commercial operations on January 1, 1998 by operating four power and steam plants in Tangerang, Serang and Karawang. The operations and maintenance of these plants which have power capacity of 300MW and steam capacity of 1,336 tons per hour are already equipped with ISO Management System 9001: 2008.
The Company was incorporated under the name of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa based on the Deed of Incorporation of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa No. 6 dated August 2, 1996. Pursuant to the Articles of Association, currently the Company and its subsidiaries run their core business activities in the sector of power generation, coal mining and trading, wholesale trading, multimedia and infrastructure in Indonesia. Through the four lines of businesses, the Company and its subsidiaries produce products and services such as electric power, coal, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, pay TV and internet services as well as BTS infrastructure.
