On March 21, 2017, PT Buana Bumi Energi and PT Buana Mas Sejahtera sold 99 shares and 1 share in PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama to PT DSSP Power Mas Utama and PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama, respectively.

PT Buana Bumi Energi, PT Buana Mas Sejahtera, PT DSSP Power Mas Utama, PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama and PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama are subsidiaries of the Company with effective ownership of more than 99%.

Shareholding structure of PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama after the above changes is PT DSSP Power Mas Utama as the owner of 99 shares with total nominal value of Rp.99.000.000 and PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama as the owner of 1 share with nominal value Rp. 1,000,000.
