On 23 December 2016, the Company has agreed to amend the loan facility to PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiahs) to Rp 43,000,000,000 (forty three billion Rupiahs).

Other terms and conditions of the loan facility which are not amended shall remain in force.

The purpose of the loan facility is for capital expenditure and pre-operating activities of PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati.
