On 21 December 2016, the Company has agreed to provide loan facility to PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati, Company’s indirect subsidiary, with commitment of Rp10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiahs) for 10-year period. The loan interest is 11% per annum, subject to further review from time to time.

The main purpose of the loan facility is for capital expenditure and pre-operating activities of the subsidiary.
