On 19 December 2016, the Company has agreed to amend the loan facility to PT Manggala Alam Lestari, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion Rupiahs) to Rp 70,000,000,000 (seventy billion Rupiahs).

At the same time, the Company has also agreed to amend the loan facility to PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion Rupiahs) to Rp 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion Rupiahs).

Other terms and conditions of these loan facilities which are not amended shall remain in force.

The main purpose of the increase of loan facilities is to support additional working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiaries.
