Based on Deed of Shareholders Resolutions No. 2 dated November 3, 2016, made before notary Lanawaty Darmadi, S.H., M.M., M.Kn., PT Buana Mas Sejahtera, Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%, has increased its authorized capital from Rp. 20,000,000,000 consisting of 20,000 shares to Rp. 50,000,000,000 consisting of 50,000 shares. PT Buana Mas Sejahtera has also increased its issued and paid up capital from Rp. 5,000,000,000 consisting of 5,000 shares to Rp. 21,684,000,000 consisting of 21,684 shares, with the issuance of 16,684 new shares of which all new shares were subscribed by PT DSSA Mas Infrastruktur, Company’s direct subsidiary with ownership more than 99%. Shareholdering structure of PT Buana Mas Sejahtera after the above-mentioned capital increase consists of the PT DSSA Mas Infrastruktur as the owner of 21,674 shares with nominal value of Rp. 21,674,000,000 and the Company as the owner of 10 shares with nominal value of Rp. 10,000,000.
