The Company has agreed to provide loan facility to PT DSSP Energi Sejahtera, Company’s indirect subsidiary, with commitment up to Rp. 460,000,000,000 with validity period until December 31, 2023. The loan interest is 10.5% per annum, subject to further review from time to time.

At the same time, PT DSSP Energi Sejahtera, has also agreed to provide loan facility to PT DSSP Power Sumsel, with commitment up to Rp 460,000,000,000 with validity period until December 31, 2023. The loan interest is 10.5% per annum, subject to further review from time to time.

The main purpose of the loan facilities is for additional working capital of the Company’s subsidiaries.
