In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. X.K.1 regarding The Information That Has To Be Made Public Immediately, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“Company”) hereby announces that on October 19, 2016, the Company and PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera, Company’s indirect subsidiary, has signed Loan Facility Agreement with commitment up to Rp. 150,000,000,000 with validity period until December 31, 2019. The loan interest is 10.5% per annum, subject to further review from time to time.

The main purpose of the loan facility is to improve the capital structure of PT Andalan Mas Sejahtera.
