In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. X.K.1 regarding Disclosure of Information That Must Be Made Public Immediately, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“Company”) hereby announces that on June 3, 2016, PT DSSP Power Kendari (“DSSP”), Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%, and China Development Bank Corporation, signed Term Facility Agreement with commitment up to US$ 150,000,000 for 12-year period, to finance IPP Kendari-3 power plant construction.

The facility is secured by, among others, DSSP machinery and equipment fiduciary, and DSSP receivables fiduciary.
