In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. X.K.1 regarding The Information That Has To Be Made Public Immediately, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“Company”) hereby announces that on May 18, 2016, PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan (“SLK”), Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%, and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, has signed Credit Investment Facilities with commitment up to US$.265,700,000 for 10-year period, and Bank Guarantee Facility of  Rp.45,000,000,000 to support project development.


Those facilities are secured by, among others, SLK machinery and equipment fiduciary, and SLK receivables fiduciary.
