In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. IX.E.1 regarding Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest on Certain Transaction, on May 12, 2016, the Company agreed to provide loan facility to PT Innovate Mas Indonesia, Company’s indirect subsidiary, with amount up to Rp.561,600,000,000 (five hundred sixty one billion six hundred million Rupiahs). The loan facility will expire on May 11, 2021. The loan interest is 12.76% per annum, subject to review every end of calendar year.

The main purpose of the loan facility is to support the working capital and the capital expenditure of PT Innovate Mas Indonesia.
