In accordance with Bapepam and LK Rule No. X.K.1 regarding Disclosure of Information That Has To Be Made Public Immediately, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk ("Company") hereby announces that on February 15, 2016, PT DSSP Power Sejahtera (Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%) and PT DSSP Power Mas Utama (Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%) , have established PT DSSP Power Sumsel Dua, based on Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Company No. 7, dated February 15, 2016, made before Yenny Widjaja, S.H., M.Kn., notary in Jakarta.

Authorized capital of PT DSSP Power Sumsel Dua is IDR 40,000,000,000 (fourty billion Rupiahs) consisting of 40,000 shares with nominal value of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiahs) per share. Issued and paid up capital of PT DSSP Power Sumsel Dua is IDR 10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiahs), consisting of 10,000 shares. The shareholders of PT DSSP Power Sumsel Dua are PT DSSP Power Sejahtera as the owner of 9,990 shares and PT DSSP Power Mas Utama as the owner of 10 shares.
