In accordance with Bapepam and LK Regulation No. IX.E.1 regarding Affiliated Transaction and Conflict of Interest on Certain Transaction, PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (“Company”) hereby announces that based on Deed of Shareholders Resolutions No. 41 dated December 22, 2015, made before Lanawaty Darmadi, SH., M.Kn., notary in Tangerang, PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama, Company’s direct subsidiary with ownership more than 99%, has increased its issued and paid up capital from Rp.651,100,000,000 consisting of 651,100 shares to Rp.671,100,000,000 consisting of 671,100 shares, with issuance of 20,000 new shares of which all new shares were subscribed by the Company. Shareholdering structure of PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama after the above-mentioned capital increase consists of the Company as the owner of 671,090 shares with nominal value of Rp.671,090,000,000 and PT Sinar Mas Tunggal as the owner of 10 shares with nominal value of Rp.10,000,000.

Futhermore, based on Deed of Shareholders Resolutions No. 42 dated December 22, 2015, made before Lanawaty Darmadi, SH., M.Kn., notary in Tangerang, PT DSSP Power Mas Utama, Company’s indirect subsidiary with effective ownership more than 99%, has increased its issued and paid up capital from Rp.589,700,000,000 consisting of 589,700 shares to Rp.608,700,000,000 consisting of 608,700 shares, with issuance of 19,000 new shares of which all new shares were subscribed by PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama. Shareholdering structure of PT DSSP Power Mas Utama after the above-mentioned capital increase consists of PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama as the owner of 608,690 shares with nominal value of Rp.608,690,000,000 and the Company as the owner of 10 shares with nominal value of Rp.10,000,000.
