On October 15, 2021, Shining Energy Pte Ltd (“Shining”) transferred all of its 1,800 shares in PT DSSP Power Sentosa (“DSSP PS”) to PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama (“EMU”).
Shining, DSSP PS, and EMU are subsidiaries of the Company with ownership of more than 99%.
The transfer of shares by the Company’s subsidiaries does not have any impact to the Company’s financial condition.
