On October 25, 2021, PT Rolimex Kimia Nusamas (“RKN”), a subsidiary of the Company, signed a credit facility agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk for a 1 year period with total limit up to equivalent USD 40,000,000. This loan is secured, among others, by assets of the subsidiary and will be used to support the business activities of RKN.

This credit facilities will cause the Company’s debt-toequity ratio to increase up to 2.1%.
