On December 8, 2021, the Company signed working capital credit facility agreement with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with limit up to USD 13,500,000 for the period until November 7, 2022. This facility is secured, among others, by Company’s asset and will be used to support the Company's working capital.

The loan facility causes the Company’s debt-to-equity ratio to increase by around 0.7%
