On March 30, 2021, Golden Energy and Resources Limited (“GEAR”), a direct subsidiary, sold 4.5% ownership in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk, (“GEMS”), an indirect subsidiary, to Ascend Global Investment Fund SPC - ADSP.

With this sale of shares, GEAR’s shareholding in GEMS becomes 62.5%.
