The Company hereby announces the plan for the transfer of shares resulting from share buyback of the Company, from August 8, 2024 until completion, by means of the sale of the shares in IDX, of which it can be conducted without obtaining approval from the general meeting of shareholders

The number of shares resulting from the shares buyback of the Company that will be transferred is 60 million shares. The transfer will be conducted at a price in accordance with prevailing regulations.
