On January 13, 2020, Golden Energy and Resources Limited ("GEAR") established Golden Investment (Australia) II Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary that is domiciled in Singapore with business activities in the investment sector. GEAR's shareholding in Golden Investment (Australia) II Pte. Ltd. is 100%.
