To support the subsidiaries’ activites, on January 14, 2020, the Company changes the term of the loan facilities to PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati and PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan, Company’s subsidiaries to May 18,2026.

Other terms and conditions of the loan facilities which are not amended shall remain in force.
