On December 10, 2019, PT Rolimex Kimia Nusamas, Company’s subsidiary, signed loan facility from PT Bank Mega Tbk, with limit up to USD 40,000,000 for 1 year period. This loan is secured by the Company's subsidiary assets.

This facility will be used, among others, for the working capital of the Company’s subsidiary.
