On December 9, 2019, the Company signed loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, with limit up to USD 223,500,000 for 51-month period and interest of 3-month LIBOR plus 4.5% per annum. This loan is secured by the Company's fixed assets.

This facility will be used, among others, for the business development of the Company and its subsidiaries.
