As the follow up of the resolution of the shareholders of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk ("the Company") at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 18, 2019, the Company hereby announces that on June 27, 2019, the Company has appointed Public Accountant Yelly Warsono of Mirawati Sensi Idris Public Accounting Firm  to conduct the audit of the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements for financial year 2019.
