On May 27, 2019, PT DSSP Energi Sejahtera, Company’s indirect subsidiary, signed syndicated loan agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Permata Tbk, and PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia with total amount up to USD 370,000,000. The facility period is for 7 (seven) years, with interest rate of 3-month LIBOR plus 4.20% per annum. The facility is secured, among others, by fixed assets of the Company’s subsidiary.

The loan facility will be used, among others, for Company’s business development.
