On April 23, 2019, the Company provides loan facility for PT DSSP Power Sumsel, Company’s indirect subsidiary with ownership of more than 99%, with limit up to USD 50,615,000, for 5-year period and interest of 7% p.a.

The purpose of the loan facility is to support working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiary.
