On December 19, 2018, the Company signed loan agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), with amount up to USD 59,500,000. The facility period is for 4 (four) years, with interest rate of 1-month LIBOR plus 4.50% per annum. The facility is secured, among others, by Company’s fixed assets.

The loan facility will be used for power generation project.
