The Company has agreed to increase the loan facility to PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati, Company’s indirect subsidiary from Rp 43,000,000,000 (forty three billion Rupiahs) to Rp 100,000,000,000 (one hundred  billion Rupiahs).

Other terms and conditions of the loan facility which are not amended shall remain in force.

The main purpose of the increase of the loan facility is to support additional working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiary.
