On May 28, 2018, the Company signed loan facility agreement with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, with amount up to USD 70,000,000. The facility period is for 5 (five) years, with interest rate of 3-month LIBOR plus 4.5% per annum. The facility is secured, among others, by Company’s fixed asset.

The loan facility will be used for power plant development.
