In accordance with Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by issuer or Public Company, the Company hereby announces that on March 22, 2018, Mr. Rudy Tjahjana has tendered resignation from his position as Director of the Company.

In accordance with Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 and Articles of Association of the Company, the Company will hold General Meeting of Shareholders within 90 days from the resignation tender date to approve the resignation.

Change of member of the Board of Directors will not give significant impact to the Company’s business continuity.
