On June 9, 2017, the Company has agreed to amend the loan facility to PT Manggala Alam Lestari, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 170,000,000,000 (one hundred seventy billion Rupiahs) to Rp 220,000,000,000 (two hundred twenty billion Rupiahs).

Other terms and conditions of the loan facility which are not amended shall remain in force.

The main purpose of the increase of loan facility is to support additional working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiary.
