On January 16, 2017, the Company agreed to amend the loan facility to PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion Rupiahs) to Rp 450,000,000,000 (four hundred fifty billion Rupiahs).

Other terms and conditions of the loan facility which are not amended shall remain in force.

The main purpose of the increase of loan facility is to support additional working capital needs of the Company’s subsidiary.
