Shareholders List as of June 2017

On June 19, 2017, the Company signed loan facility agreement with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), with amount up to USD 34,000,000.

On June 9, 2017, the Company has agreed to amend the loan facility to PT Manggala Alam Lestari, Company’s indirect subsidiary, by increasing the loan facility from Rp 170,000,000,000 (one hundred seventy billion Rupiahs) to Rp 220,000,000,000 (two hundred twenty billion Rupiahs).
