JAKARTA, THURSDAY, February 9, 2023, members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Committees visited MyRepublic Thamrin head office and Serang captive power plant project location.

These visits were conducted as a form of direct supervision from the Company's Board of Commissioners and Committees on the effectiveness of the company management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as the principles of good corporate governance.
