JAKARTA, MONDAY, September 18, 2023 - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk received 2 (two) corporate governance awards for the “Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders” category and the “Top 50 Big Capitalization Public Listed Company” category in the 14th IICD Corporate Governance Award 2023 organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) at the Financial Hall - Graha CIMB Niaga, Jakarta.
DSSA has received the Top 50 Public Listed Company award for 8 (eight) consecutive years. DSSA had also received the "Best Disclosure and Transparency Big-Cap" (2021) and the "Best Overall Mid-Cap" (2022) categories.
The event, themed "Improving Quality Reporting to Encourage Stakeholders Engagement", is an annual awarding event organized by IICD to give appreciation to public companies that have successfully implemented the best Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices.
This award shows DSSA's commitment to bringing leading innovation in applying GCG principles and best practices to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the Company's business.
