Use of DSS Website

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (‘DSS’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) is committed to maintaining User’s privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the measures on how we may collect, use, record, process, share, transfer, disclose, protect, and other matters regarding User’s personal data entered to DSS website, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The Privacy Statement also describes the category of data collection, the intended use of incoming data, security measures, and data update (i.e. address, contact number, email). Please read this Privacy Statement carefully and make the appropriate choices before accessing and/or using DSS website. By continuing to access and/or use DSS website, the User is deemed to approve the data collection processes as described in this Privacy Statement, including any changes, modifications, and/or additions to it, which shall be deemed as an integral part of this Privacy Statement, as may be published in DSS website from time to time and shall be effective upon publishing. If the User does not agree to this Privacy Statement, then please stop accessing and/or using DSS website.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Statement shall have the same meaning given in the DSS Website Terms of Use.

Data Collection

The User may visit DSS website without submitting personal data. However, for some function of the DSS website including the Career page, DSS may request for User’s personal data in order to provide certain services to the User.

Personal data means any information, whether recorded in material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual.

We may collect the followings personal data from User:

· identity data, such as full name, gender, date of birth, profile, education, work experience

· contact data, such as delivery address, email address, and mobile phone numbers

· technical data, such as internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type, and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices User uses to access the DSS website

· and any other data as necessarily requested for provision of services by DSS

The User’s data are collected automatically, including the date and time of access to DSS website, the referring Internet Protocol (IP) address, pages visited, the number of bits transferred, clicked links, type, capability and language of the User’s browser, the User’s operating system, the website used by the User to browse DSS website, and any other action taken on DSS website. On DSS website where the User logs in, DSS may connect this information with the User’s identity.

We will only be able to collect User’s personal data if User voluntarily submits them to us. Unfortunately, if User chooses not to submit certain personal data to us or subsequently withdraw User’s consent to our use of User’s personal data, we may not be able to provide User with certain services.

Use of Personal Data

DSS will only use the User’s personal data for the provision of certain services for example the recruitment/hiring process in DSS and/or its subsidiaries. DSS may keep the data and information for the future reference.

The personal data we collect from User may be used by us, or shared with or transferred to third parties (including related companies, third-party service providers and their service providers and related companies), for some or all of the following purposes:

· to facilitate User’s use of the services or access to DSS website, including responding to User’s queries, feedback, recruitment/hiring, etc.

· to compare personal data, and verify with third parties in order to ensure that the personal data is accurate

· to identify visitors on the DSS website

· to carry out researches

· to provide information we think the User may find useful or which User has requested from us, including information about career opportunities

We may also conduct automated-decision making processes in accordance with any of these purposes.

We may share and permit the sharing of User’s personal data with third parties and our affiliates, for any of the above-mentioned purposes, including but not limited to, facilitating User’s use of the services, completing a recruitment/hiring process, and fulfilling any legal or regulatory requirements and requests as deemed necessary by us. In sharing User’s personal data with them, we endeavor to ensure that the third parties and our affiliates keep User’s personal data secure from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks and retain User’s personal data only for as long as they need User’s personal data to achieve the abovementioned purposes.

If User is located in Indonesia, we may transfer or permit the transfer of User’s personal data outside of Indonesia for any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. In disclosing or transferring, or permitting the transfer of, User’s personal data to third parties or our affiliates located overseas, we take steps to ensure that the receiving party has in place a standard of protection accorded to personal data that is comparable to the protection under or up to the standard of the data protection laws as are applicable to us.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are a small files kept by the website on the User’s hardware or browser memory. DSS website may use it to track the number of User’s visits to DSS website, track the number of visitors to DSS websites, to determine and analyze the use of DSS website, to keep the User’s data (i.e preferences), and to keep technical information related to the interaction between the User and DSS website.

Most internet browsers accept cookies automatically, but the User can modify the browser settings to reject cookies or to notify the User if the cookies are installed/available in the User’s computer. If the User chooses not to accept cookies, the User might not be able to open all information in DSS website. The internet browser also enables the User to delete the existing cookies, but in turn the existing setting (including user ID and any other saved preferences) will be deleted.

DSS website can also contain digital image commonly known as web beacons or single-pixel gifs, which enable DSS to count the number of visitors.

Retention

In the event that User would like his/her data to be deleted from the DSS’s database, and/or for us to stop using and/or disclosing his/her personal data for any purposes, User may submit a written request to DSS.

After receiving the request, we may require reasonable time to process it as well as to notify User of the consequences of data removal, including how it may affect User’s rights and liabilities to us. We will generally process the request within 30 (thirty) business days of receiving it.

Please note that removing data from our database may cause us to no longer be able to provide User with certain services; and that the request of removal will not affect our right to disclose User’s personal data in pursuant to applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Security

DSS is committed to maintaining the security of personal data. Despite the lack of security measures that guarantee full data security, DSS puts efforts to use relevant various technology and security procedures to keep the data against unlawful access, use, or disclosure.

Updates on Privacy Statement

DSS may periodically update this Privacy Statement, and the User is deemed to have agreed to the updates in the Privacy Statement.
