Capital Increase and Internal Restructuring in Subsidiaries
On July 21, 2021, PT Sinarmas Sukses Sejahtera (“SSS”) has increased its authorized capital from Rp 400,000,000 to Rp 28,000,000,000; increased its issued and paid-up capital from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 7,000,000,000, with the issuance of 6,900 new shares to the Company.
