Conversion of Mandatory Convertible Bond into shares
The Company and subsidiary, have converted the Mandatory Convertible Bond of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (“Smartfren”) into shares in Smartfren. The converted shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on April 12, 2021. With this conversion, the share ownership of the Company and subsidiary in Smartfren is approximately 19.9%.
The investment will be recorded in the Company’s financial position statement, according to the market price of shares.
