Deregistration of the Company's indirect subsidiaries
On June 15, 2021, the Company received a deregistration confirmation letter from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) - Singapore in connection with the Company's request for the deregistration of the following indirect subsidiaries of the Company which domiciled in Singapore:
- Newspring Coal Resources Pte. Ltd.
- Great Horizon Capital Pte. Ltd.
- Great Horizon Consulting Pte. Ltd.
The deregistration of these indirect subsidiaries of the Company has no significant impact on the Company’s financial condition.
