Loan facilities to the Company's subsidiary
On September 14, 2021, PT Surya Kalimantan Sejati (“SKS”), a subsidiary of the Company, signed a loan facility agreement with PT Bank Mega Tbk. The facility consists of an investment credit facility with a limit up to Rp156,000,000,000 for a 96 month period, and a working capital credit facility with a limit up to Rp100,000,000,000 for a 120-month period. This loan is secured, among others, by assets of the subsidiaries. This facility will be used, among others, to support the working capital needs of SKS.
This loan facility causes the Company’s debt-to-equity ratio to increase by around 1%.
