Proposed Investment by indirect subsidiary of the Company
On 28 February 2022, PT DSST Dana Gemilang (“DSST”), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has signed conditional agreements to invest in PT Elang Andalan Nusantara, whose subsidiary operates DANA (“DANA”), an electronic wallet platform in Indonesia (“Proposed Investment”).
The exercise price for the Proposed Investment is in the aggregate amount of USD200,000,000 (two hundred million United States dollars).
The closing of the Proposed Investment will be subject to the conditions precedent as set forth under the subscription agreement, including approvals from various relevant authorities. After the closing of the Proposed Investment, DSST will be one of the largest shareholders of DANA.
The Proposed Investment is conducted as part of collaboration in digital business development.
