On August 30, 2023, the Company bought back 15,750,500 shares with the value of Rp756,024,000,000. The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share Buyback is attached.

Through this transaction, the Company holds 63,750,500 treasury shares in total.

The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages during the Share Buyback Period and will announce another information disclosure in the event that the Company has executed the next stage of the Share Buyback.
