Report on Share Buyback Result

On August 31, 2023, the Company bought back 1,200,000 shares with the value of Rp57,600,000,000. The report on the Result of the Implementation of Share Buyback is attached.

Through this transaction, the Company holds 64,950,500 treasury shares in total.

The Company will execute the Share Buyback in stages during the Share Buyback Period and will announce another information disclosure in the event that the Company has executed the next stage of the Share Buyback.
