On August 25, 2023, the Company sold 259,905,193 of its shares in PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (“GEMS”), or equivalent to 4.42% share ownership in GEMS.

With this sale of shares, the Company's share ownership in GEMS is 51.00%.
