Transfer of shares by subsidiaries
On September 30, 2021, PT DSST Mas Gemilang (“DSST”) has transferred 1,500 shares representing 50% share ownership in PT Excite Indonesia and 1,500 shares representing 60% share ownership in PT VGI Mas Investasi to PT DSSA Mas Infrastruktur (“DSSA MI”).
DSST and DSSA MI are subsidiaries of the Company with ownership of more than 99%.
