Accelerating AI Transformation: 1ENGAGE Partners with Meta to Host Inaugural CxO Luncheon
Jakarta, 30 June 2026 – 1ENGAGE, a subsidiary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (IDX: DSSA) (“DSSA” or the “Company”) in collaboration with Meta, hosted the 1ENGAGE CxO Luncheon: Meta’s Tech Update for Seamless Commerce Experience on June 29, 2026, at the Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The event brought together business leaders (C-level executives) from Sinar Mas’s Business Pillars to explore strategies for strengthening customer engagement through WhatsApp Commerce and seamless commerce, helping businesses drive growth in the AI era.
During the discussion, 1ENGAGE and Meta highlighted how changing customer behavior is creating both challenges and opportunities for businesses. As more customers prefer messaging-based interactions, companies are encouraged to deliver more personal, faster, and connected experiences to build stronger customer relationships.
To address these challenges, the speakers shared practical strategies leveraging WhatsApp Business, AI, first-party data, and conversational commerce to help businesses improve customer engagement. These approaches enable companies to deliver more personalized and relevant customer experiences throughout every stage of the customer journey. 1ENGAGE’s first CxO Luncheon served as an opportunity to showcase how 1ENGAGE continues to expand its capabilities in supporting the digital transformation of businesses across the Sinar Mas ecosystem.
