”) received a corporate governance award for the "Trusted Company based on Corporate Governance Perception Index (“
CGPI
”)" category in the Good Corporate Governance Award 2024, organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (“
IICG
”) in collaboration with SWA Media Group at  Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.  

 

This event with the theme "Establishing Corporate Maturity within the GCG Framework" is an annual award ceremony organized by IICG to appreciate companies that not only succeed in implementing the best Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) practices but also consistently demonstrate a spirit of continuous improvement in preparing the company to adapt to external circumstances developments and conducting integration according to its internal circumstances demands to ensure sustainable company growth.


This award shows the Company's commitment to bringing innovation in implementing GCG principles and continuously improving the implementation of best practices to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the Company's business.
