DSSA’s commitment to green energy transition is reflected in its various renewable energy initiatives. Through subsidiaries PT Daya Mas Geopatra Pangrango and PT Daya Sukses Makmur Selaras, DSSA is currently developing three geothermal projects located in Cipanas and Cisolok (West Java), and Nage (East Nusa Tenggara), with a combined planned capacity of up to 140 MW, targeted to begin commercial operations by 2029.

Through subsidiaries PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia and PT Daya Mas Agra Sejahtera (Dian Solar), DSSA is expanding its solar energy portfolio. This includes the completion of an integrated solar panel manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 1–2 GWp per year in Kendal SEZ, Central Java, as well as the development of rooftop PV solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.

In the mining sector, DSSA—through PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk—continues to promote green energy practices by using renewable electricity sources, electric vehicle (EV) fleets, optimizing clean energy, and implementing land reclamation programs to support carbon absorption.

On the social front, DSSA maintains inclusive relationships with communities around its operational areas. Post-mining community empowerment programs, environmentally focused reclamation, and public involvement in decision-making processes are key pillars of the company’s social responsibility efforts.

DSSA’s sustainability implementation aligns with the government’s target to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2060. Indonesia has also committed to reducing GHG emissions by 31.89% independently, and 43.20% with international support by 2030.
