Jakarta, May 1, 2026 – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (IDX: DSSA) (“DSSA” or “the Company”) has recently achieved a major milestone in sustainability by receiving an award at The Best Corporate Emission Reduction Transparency Awards 2026, organized by Investortrust.id on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
This achievement reflects the Company’s strong commitment to accelerating the transition toward a green economy, as well as its strategic role in building a sustainable low-carbon future. It also reinforces DSSA’s position as a company that aligns operational excellence with a firm commitment to implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across all business lines.
Accelerating Energy Transition and Digital Infrastructure
The year 2026 marks a key milestone for DSSA in accelerating its business transformation. While maintaining strong performance, the Company continues to strengthen its two main future pillars: renewable energy and digital infrastructure.
This strategy is reflected in the expansion of its renewable energy portfolio, including the acceleration of geothermal exploration projects with a total capacity of 440 MW across six strategic areas—from Cisolok and Cipanas in West Java to regions in Sumatra, Flores, and Central Sulawesi. These initiatives are supported by a strategic partnership with FirstGen Geothermal Indonesia through the establishment of PT Daya Mas Bumi Sentosa.
DSSA’s green commitment is further strengthened through the operation of a 1 GW integrated solar panel manufacturing facility in Kendal Special Economic Zone by PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia, as well as rooftop PV solutions provided by PT Daya Mas Agra Sejahtera (Dian Solar) to support energy efficiency in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Meanwhile, in its mining business, DSSA is pioneering the transition toward green mining through the electrification of operational fleets (EV fleets) at PT Borneo Indobara (BIB), as a concrete step to reduce carbon emissions in the mining sector.
“This award is a recognition of our consistency in implementing a sustainable energy transition. Economic growth must always go hand in hand with environmental sustainability. Therefore, we continue to take concrete steps to accelerate the development of low-emission energy portfolios while strengthening the foundation of Indonesia’s digital economy through innovative and responsible technology infrastructure,” said David Audy, Director of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk.
Strengthening the Digital Ecosystem and AI Solutions
In addition to its focus on clean energy, DSSA is also building a robust and inclusive digital infrastructure. This effort is reinforced through the establishment of MoraRepublic, a merged entity combining the strengths of Moratelindo and MyRepublic Indonesia, aimed at accelerating digital ecosystem expansion through extensive fiber optic networks and high-quality broadband solutions.
This connectivity infrastructure lays the foundation for further technological innovation, including DSSA’s strategic partnership with iFLYTEK to deliver Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation and Large Language Model (LLM) SPARK solutions across various industries.
This digital foundation is supported by the development of a national data center network, including the AI-ready SMX01 facility with a capacity of 18 MW, located in Jakarta’s CBD and scheduled to begin operations in the second half of 2026.
All these efforts are complemented by strengthening greener operational excellence across business units through digitalization and measurable resource management.
The award from Investortrust serves as an added motivation for DSSA to continue creating long-term value while remaining adaptive to global climate challenges—ensuring reliable energy supply and digital connectivity for the wider community.
