The digital infrastructure and technology business line is part of the Company’s transformation strategy in response to the evolving digital economy. Through its subsidiaries and strategic partnerships, the Company develops connectivity services, data centers, and technology solutions to support the needs of society, industry players, and national digital transformation.
Digital Infrastructure
As part of the Sinar Mas ecosystem, the Company, through its subsidiary PT DSST Mas Gemilang, is developing the digital infrastructure business line to expand connectivity access and strengthen national data infrastructure. Key initiatives in this pillar include:
- High-speed internet services – MyRepublic Indonesia:
Reaching more than 6.4 million home-passes in 140 cities and regencies by the end of 2024, a 91% increase from the previous year, with over 914,000 customers and a market share of around 4%. - Data center development – SM+:
SM+ operates one of Indonesia’s most extensive networks of edge and metro data centers, with 25 facilities in 24 cities delivering approximately 40 MW of IT load (in operations and under construction). This includes SMX01, a new state-of-the-art city center data center in Jakarta, developed together with Korea Investment Real Asset Management (KIRA) to support hyperscalers, enterprises, and AI workloads. - Technology solutions services through PT LG Sinarmas Technology Solutions (LG SM):
Established as a partnership between SM+ and LG CNS from South Korea, LG SM offers cloud transformation and other advanced IT solutions for enterprises. It also operates as the technical advisor, developer and operator of SM+’s large scale data centers.

The technology business line is part of the Company’s efforts to strengthen digital transformation across various sectors. Through its subsidiary PT Sinarmas Sukses Sejahtera, the Company invests in a number of strategic digital platforms that support the needs of society and modern industry players. These investments span several main segments:
- Fintech
DANA: A digital financial services platform offering various payment and electronic transaction solutions to users across Indonesia. - Technology Solutions
SRX and ASYX: Technology- and AI-based platforms providing digital solutions for supply chains and industrial needs. - Media and Entertainment
Vidio: An OTT-based video streaming media and entertainment service delivering both local and international content to retail users. - Recruitment
KUPU: A digital platform offering recruitment and workforce development services in Indonesia, particularly for urban and entry-level job seekers.
2024 Performance and Contribution
In 2024, the digital infrastructure and technology line recorded revenue of USD 144.1 million, an increase of 56.6%from the previous year, contributing 4.8% to total consolidated revenue.
Going forward, the Company will continue strengthening its position in the digital sector through service expansion, strategic partnerships, and sustained investment to generate relevant and long-term growth.
